CORE - Serpent's plains

Concepts of second planet Oswi visits.
Sepent's plains is mostly rocky desert with tall mountains forever shrouded in storm clouds. Planet's Core spends most of its time in the stormy area but from time to time comes down to tend of the desert area.
This is where Oswi and Tricky meets for the first time.
